Breathe

We are so busy.  This is not an overstatement. Everyday we spend filling our heads with stresses, accomplishments, to-do lists, chores, tasks, and sometimes even relaxation time. I did something I haven’t done in a long time today, mediated.

It feel so good to take a moment for this. The challenge is to truly clear your mind first. For those of you who feel like life is overwhelming, even if it appears to be simple, I ask you to relax and breathe.

Turn on some ambient music.
Light a candle.
Remember who you are inside.
You are full of love and peace.
Your nature is so be connected with your surroundings.
Everything here is connected through our Father.
Focus on what matters in life.
Think of your friends who you love.
Think of those who you haven’t had the chance to love yet.
Breathe and take it all in.
